Job Description

The Speech Language Pathologist provides speech therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting by assessing needs and developing treatment plans with clear goals.

Their responsibilities include

  • conducting screenings and evaluations,
  • reviewing physician referrals and medical records,
  • monitoring resident progress and adjusting treatments,
  • developing personalized programs for residents in their environment,
  • supervising licensed assistants,
