Speech Therapist SLP ** SIGN ON BONUS for Full Time **

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to join our 240-bed facility offering Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, and Sub-Acute care. Full-time and part-time positions with a sign-on bonus are available.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting resident screenings and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans
• Establishing therapy schedules in collaboration with the team
• Providing therapy services, documenting progress, and communicating findings to residents, families, and staff

Qualifications:

• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an SLP
