Speech-Language Pathologist – Home Health (DFW Area)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/ST) for home health services in the DFW area.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, including pediatric cases
• Provide education and support to patients and caregivers
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Follow infection control and safety standards

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license and ASHA CCC
• Minimum 1 year of home health and pediatric experience
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance
