Job Description

The Language, Speech, and Hearing Specialist in our district evaluates and remediates students with speech, language, and hearing disorders.

Qualifications include a valid California teaching credential for speech and language handicapped students and successful experience working with such students.

Responsibilities involve screening, diagnosing, developing individualized programs, and collaborating with staff and families.

The role requires coordinating services, maintaining records, and participating in meetings and training.

The position is full-time, in-person, Monday to Friday, serving only school days plus non-teaching days, with a salary range of $65,000 to $140,000 annually.

Applicants need a bachelor’s degree and relevant teaching certification.
