Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated mental health professional to join our multidisciplinary clinic specializing in mood disorders, trauma, eating disorders, and addictions, including sexual compulsivity.
Responsibilities include providing individual therapy, facilitating group psychotherapy, and collaborating within a treatment team for day and intensive outpatient care. Ideal candidates will have skills in assessment, treatment planning, and building strong therapeutic alliances with diverse clients, working effectively within a multidisciplinary team, and pursuing ongoing professional development. Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, with current California licensure or trainee status, and experience in clinical therapy focusing on mental health, eating disorders, addiction, and trauma. Additional certifications in specialized areas are preferred. This full-time position offers a starting salary from $95,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off, and professional development support. The role requires in-person work.
