Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Counselor (LADC) in Sauk Rapids, MN, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Salary ranges from $66,000 to $75,728 annually.

Responsibilities include performing the 12 core functions, applying Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension, demonstrating cultural sensitivity, assisting with client funding authorization, and maintaining licensure. The role does not involve admitting, transferring, or discharging clients but involves supporting these processes. Attendance at staff meetings is required.

Job requirements include current Minnesota LADC licensure and the ability to pass a DHS background study.
