Job Description
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations.
Responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and care plans Ordering, interpreting, and following up on diagnostic tests Documenting patient care thoroughly Collaborating with team members and managing patient care, referring to specialists as needed Qualifications: Current applicable state license and national certification DEA license (or ability to obtain one) Basic Life Support certification Benefits include: Flexible work schedule and full benefits Productivity bonuses, CME reimbursement Collegial, outpatient work environment with no hospital call or rounding Full-time position with a salary range of $125,000–$150,000 annually Applicants must be willing to relocate to Sutherlin, OR before starting.
