Join a dedicated mental health treatment team as a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Milton, NH, working Monday–Friday with weekend on-call shifts.

We provide hope, healing, and support for adolescents and young adults facing mental health and co-occurring disorders in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric assessments, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, providing education to residents and families, responding to emergencies, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Candidates should have an MSN, PMHNP certification, active NH license, DEA (or in process), and 2+ years of psychiatric experience, preferably with youth. Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorders is essential.
