Job Description
We are hiring a Full-time or Part-time Registered Nurse for night shifts (6p-6a or 10p-6a) at a care center in Shenandoah, IA.
Provide high-quality, resident-centered care by performing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and supervising nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with safety, documentation, and HIPAA standards while maintaining a safe environment.
Supervise and evaluate nursing practices, manage staffing, and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
Complete necessary nursing duties such as medication administration, IV therapy, and resident education.
Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and team members to promote well-being.
Meet licensing, certification, and experience requirements, demonstrating leadership, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
