Job Description

This full-time Nephrology Nurse Practitioner role based in Mansfield, Ohio, offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive kidney care in inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis settings.

  • Collaborate with nephrologists to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with kidney diseases.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and manage dialysis modalities and transplant care.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle modifications.
  • Ensure accurate documentation within electronic health records and communicate effectively with the care team.

    • Qualifications include an active Ohio NP license, national certification, and strong critical thinking and organizational skills.

    The position offers a flexible schedule, paid time off, and a salary range of $90,000-$150,000 annually.
