Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to provide inpatient and outpatient care across diverse medical settings.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions in various specialties. Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and perform procedures such as suturing, IV insertion, and basic life support. Manage electronic health records, participate in quality improvement, and support discharge planning and telehealth services. Provide triage, administer medications, and ensure infection control practices are followed. Handle complex cases involving diverse populations, perform invasive procedures, and utilize advanced diagnostic techniques. Skills include: proficiency with EMR systems, strong clinical knowledge, experience in critical care environments, and excellent communication skills.
