Coverage at a leading children’s hospital with nearly 200 beds, a Level 4 NICU, and diverse surgical services including neurosurgery, plastics, orthopedics, urology, and transplant.

Perform over 4,000 pediatric cases annually, with options to maintain adult care skills. The role offers a $100,000 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, minimal call (less than 5%), and a potential 3-year partnership track with equity opportunity.
