Seeking a Family Medicine physician (MD/DO) to provide primary care in a community health setting in Western Sonoma County, CA.

Position offers full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules with a guaranteed salary, bonuses based on quality metrics, a $100,000 signing bonus, and relocation reimbursement.
