The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population under supervision, ensuring high-quality services aligned with protocols and policies.

Responsibilities include performing exams, developing treatment plans, managing acute and chronic conditions, and utilizing telehealth modalities. They lead care teams, coordinate patient flow, and ensure documentation compliance.

They oversee regulatory adherence, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and maintain effective communication with staff and patients.

Additional duties involve administrative tasks, cost-effective prescribing, and supporting community health education.
