We are a local outpatient treatment provider specializing in Opioid Use Disorders and addictive conditions, offering compassionate, honest care within a family-oriented environment. Our mission is to treat addiction as a chronic brain disease and help patients find purpose and community beyond their struggles.

We seek a certified Physician, including new graduates, interested in Addiction Medicine to join our team in Taos, NM. This 40-hour/week clinic-based role involves seeing patients in person and via telehealth, primarily addressing substance use disorders such as alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and benzodiazepines. Prior addiction experience is not required; ER, primary care, or psych background is beneficial. Must be comfortable administering intramuscular injections and committed to serving underserved populations.
