Job Description

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for an immediate part-time role in Roanoke Rapids, NC.

Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive medical care in skilled nursing, assisted living, and long-term care settings, ensuring proper documentation, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in quality and safety initiatives.

The position offers a flexible schedule of two consistent days per week, minimal weekend and holiday call (no night shifts), and the potential to serve as Medical Director for additional compensation.

Qualifications include an MD or DO, valid North Carolina license or eligibility, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Preferred experience in post-acute care or hospitalist settings is a plus.
