Job Description
The Therapist I provides direct clinical services as part of a multidisciplinary team, focusing on psychosocial assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, psycho-educational training, discharge planning, and program development. They develop and review Treatment Plans, facilitate client connections to community resources, and participate in treatment planning meetings.
This full-time, onsite role requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, at least one year of therapy experience, and relevant licensure or eligibility. Essential duties include conducting assessments, delivering therapeutic interventions, maintaining clinical documentation, providing crisis intervention, and coordinating post-hospitalization care.
