Job Description

Seeking a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. Provide direct evaluations, treatment, and support for communication disorders in children aged 3-8. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship in pediatric speech therapy.


  • Perform developmental screenings, evaluations, and therapy based on individualized goals.
  • Complete daily documentation and communicate weekly with parents/caregivers for at-home reinforcement.
  • Confirm and schedule treatment sessions, working in clinic and schools within the Clarksville area, often mobile to reduce travel.
  • Maintain caseload updates and coordinate with supervisors.
  • Work independently to manage schedules and tasks ethically.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, relevant licensure, and completion of required clinical hours. This part-time role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and benefits such as insurance, 401(k), and continuing education.
