We are a growing home health team seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to assess and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, primarily in pediatric settings. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to support patient progress. Candidates should have a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, and experience working with children. Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a patient-centered approach are essential. This part-time, PRN position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($70-$85/hour), and benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and continuing education credits. Work is primarily during weekdays, with no nights or weekends, and involves on-the-road service delivery.
