Job Description
Licensed Therapist (_*LCSW, fully licensed preferred*_)
Carter Clinic seeks a qualified, licensed therapist to join a supportive team providing evidence-based individual therapy to individuals and families.
Perform clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based protocols
Document client progress accurately and participate in case consultations
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with documentation standards
Requirements:
Master’s degree from an accredited university
Active North Carolina licensure (LCSW, LPCMH, dual preferred)
Experience in mental health and addiction services; certifications in CBT, DBT, or Play Therapy preferred
Availability for in-office or hybrid telehealth (HIPAA compliant platform)
Credentialing with certain health plans preferred; opportunity to build caseload to full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible hours
Location: Multiple sites with telehealth options, including in-person days
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000/year
Type: Contract position with potential for full-time status
