Job Description
The Therapist provides individualized and group therapy, conducts bio-psychosocial assessments, and develops treatment plans for clients in a residential setting.
Responsibilities include counseling, administering psychological tests, monitoring progress, collaborating with medical and social services, and maintaining documentation. The role requires communication with referral sources and other providers, as well as crisis intervention and discharge planning.
Qualifications include being at least 18, holding a valid license, and passing background checks. Preferred candidates have experience in mental health, dual diagnosis, trauma, or eating disorders, and possess a Master’s degree and evidence-based therapy skills.
Pay ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and vision/dental coverage.
Applicants should be able to commute to Cadiz, work Tuesday through Saturday, and preferably have inpatient experience and relevant licensure.
