Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care and support within a therapy department, enhancing patient outcomes.
Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and communicating with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Perform comprehensive evaluations, document services accurately, and manage billing and regulatory documentation. Supervise clinical staff and contribute to team meetings, training, and professional development activities. Promote a positive, safe, and professional work environment, demonstrating excellent communication, customer service, and safety practices. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, California license, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, and current CPR certification. Full-time position with competitive pay ($55-$65/hr), benefits, flexible schedule, and relocation assistance. In-person work required.
