Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to provide in-home, personalized care to patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Key responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy, educating families, documenting progress, and collaborating with the care team.
Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current SLP license in New Mexico, CCC-SLP certification, and reliable transportation. Prior home health experience is preferred.
