Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide maternity leave coverage in a collaborative practice dedicated to supporting children with ASD and developmental disabilities.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans targeting communication, social skills, articulation, and language comprehension.
Implement evidence-based interventions aligned with ABA strategies.
Collaborate with behavior analysts, caregivers, and team members to ensure coordinated care.
Deliver direct therapy sessions in clinical or home settings, tracking progress and adjusting plans accordingly.
Educate and support parents with at-home strategies and maintain compliant documentation.
Participate in team meetings and provide guidance to families to enhance therapy outcomes.
Requirements include a current NJ SLP license, ASHA certification, at least 3 years pediatric experience, and ability to work in Paramus, NJ. The role offers full-time/part-time options, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay of $70-$80/hour.
