Job Description

Seeking a compassionate *Clinical Therapist* to provide individual, family, and group services to children and adolescents in both home and center settings.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, maintaining detailed documentation, participating in team meetings, and supporting families toward stability.

Qualifications require a master’s degree, Tennessee licensure or active licensure candidacy, and experience working with youth with behavioral issues.

Offers full-time employment with a starting salary of $47,000 plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus, flexible schedules, and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Work is in person in Limestone, TN, with supervision and support from a Clinical Executive Director.
