Speech-Language Pathologist – Home Health (DFW Area)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/ST) to provide in-home evaluations and therapy for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, with pediatric experience required.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and treating patients based on personalized care plans
• Providing education and support to patients and caregivers
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team
• Adhering to infection control and safety standards

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license and ASHA CCC
• At least 1 year of home health and pediatric experience
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
