Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/ST) to provide in-home evaluations and therapy for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, with pediatric experience required.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and treating patients based on personalized care plans
- Providing education and support to patients and caregivers
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team
- Adhering to infection control and safety standards
Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license and ASHA CCC
- At least 1 year of home health and pediatric experience
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
