Job Description

Join a supportive and person-centered private practice in Rio Rancho committed to holistic, evidence-based care.

We seek autonomous therapists interested in full-time or supplemental part-time work, including evenings and weekends. This W2 role offers bi-weekly pay regardless of insurance reimbursement.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans under supervision
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in compliance with regulations
  • Document progress promptly and accurately
  • Collaborate with the clinical team and participate in telehealth sessions
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented environment

    • **Qualifications:**
  • Must reside in New Mexico and hold a valid license
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.
  • Experience managing a caseload of 20+ clients
  • Strong communication, empathy, and ethical standards
  • Open to internship candidates in master’s programs
