Job Description

Seeking a full-time Counselor (LADC) in Sauk Rapids, MN, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Salary ranges from $66,000 to $75,728 annually.

Responsibilities include performing the 12 core functions, applying Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension, demonstrating cultural sensitivity, assisting clients with payer mechanisms, obtaining funding authorization, and maintaining licensure. The role does not involve client admission, transfer, or discharge but supports the implementation process. Attendance at staff meetings is required.

Requirements include current Minnesota LADC licensure and the ability to pass a DHS background study.
