Job Description
Seeking a Licensed Crisis Clinician to provide immediate mental health services across various settings within Colorado’s service area.
Responsibilities include triaging crisis calls, conducting on-site assessments, managing emergency situations, collaborating with agencies, and ensuring proper documentation.
The role involves 12- or 24-hour on-call shifts, primarily working from an office with some remote work within the service footprint.
Candidates must have a Master’s degree, LCSW or LPC license, 2+ years of mental health/crisis experience, and knowledge of DSM-5 and local resources. Bilingual skills are preferred.
Benefits include a flexible schedule with day, evening, night, weekend, and on-call shifts, with a pay range of $32-$38/hour. The position emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and strong interagency collaboration.
