Job Description

This part-time Nurse Practitioner role in gastroenterology involves providing comprehensive patient care under physician supervision at a clinic in Lubbock, TX.

Assess, diagnose, and manage gastrointestinal and liver conditions, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.

Prescribe medications and therapies, educate patients on disease management, and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to clinical and legal standards, and participate in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications include a master’s or higher in Nursing, an active Texas NP license, national certification, and at least one year of NP experience, preferably in gastroenterology.

Work schedule is two days a week, with possible additional shifts, on-site in person. Physical requirements include standing, walking, and patient assistance. Relocation to Snyder, TX is required prior to start.
