Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an interventional pain management clinic with 4 locations, including physical therapy, satellite, and surgery centers.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Document patient care thoroughly
• Provide care per accepted standards
• Collaborate with team members
• Monitor and refer patients as needed

Requirements:

• Current applicable state license and national certification
• DEA license or ability to obtain one
• Basic Life Support certification

Position is full-time, with a salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 annually. The role requires relocation to Sutherlin, OR before starting. The work is in person, outpatient, with no hospital calls.
