Join a dedicated team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants providing exceptional post-acute patient care within the community. Enjoy 8-hour shifts, 7 days on and 7 days off, totaling 26 weeks off annually, with comprehensive training, shadowing, and ongoing support from a Medical Director.
Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, conducting rounds, communicating with staff, documenting visits, and managing medical orders. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, compassion, flexibility, and organizational abilities. Preferred candidates have at least one year of relevant experience and current licensure and DEA certification.
