Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Mansfield, Ohio, providing full-time, patient-centered care across inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis settings.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical exams of patients with kidney diseases.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, developing evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and manage care for dialysis patients and transplant candidates.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle modifications.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary care and ensure accurate EHR documentation.
