Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in Exeter, CA.

  • Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop personalized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostics, interpret results, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
  • Accurately document in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare team members.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and ensure patient confidentiality.

    • Qualifications include active FNP or PA license in California, experience in primary care preferred, proficiency in EMR systems, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of chronic disease management and medical coding is a plus.
