Job Description
Join a physician-owned provider delivering specialized physiatry care in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities across multiple states.
Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance patients’ participation in therapy and functional recovery.
Provide interventions such as joint injections, Botox, dry needling, and medication management.
Operate autonomously as the sole on-site physiatrist, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Manage 23–25 patients daily, with flexible weekday hours, no nights or weekends.
Qualifications include an unrestricted PA or NP license, DEA licensure, and comfort with injections; experience preferred but not required.
