Job Description
We are hiring a skilled Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to provide inpatient and outpatient care across diverse medical settings.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, manage acute and chronic conditions, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Conduct procedures such as suturing, IV insertion, and basic life support, utilizing EHR systems like Epic or Cerner. Participate in clinical research, quality improvement, discharge planning, and case management to enhance patient outcomes. Offer triage services, administer medications, and support telehealth consultations, ensuring infection control and HIPAA compliance. Manage complex cases in various environments including ICU, emergency, geriatrics, pediatrics, and behavioral health. Possess strong EMR proficiency, advanced procedural skills, and knowledge of diverse populations and clinical protocols.
