Nurse Practitioner – Mobile Wound Care

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join a mobile wound care team providing services across various care settings.

Provide on-site assessments, debridements, and treatments for patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and private homes.

Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop and implement care plans.

Document visits accurately in EMR systems and monitor patient progress.

Educate patients and families on wound management and prevention.

Ensure compliance with regulations and stay current with wound care advancements.

Travel to New Orleans for training; work independently with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications: Missouri and Illinois NP licenses, adult-gerontology, family, or acute care certification, driving license, strong communication skills, and EMR proficiency. Wound care experience preferred but training available.
