Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Centralia, WA.
Work involves evaluating and managing acute, chronic, surgical, and dermatologic wounds in skilled nursing facilities. Perform wound care procedures, dressings, debridement, and G-Tube management (training provided). Participate in weekly bedside rounds and conduct Home Health visits as needed. Must have at least 2 years of wound care and skilled nursing experience, with strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Current WA license and certification required; Wound Care certification preferred. Benefits include health and dental insurance, flexible schedule, and paid time off. The schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, with on-call and weekend duties as needed. Salary ranges from $125,000 to $180,000 annually.
