Job Description
We are hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.
Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses Prescribe medications and treatments Perform comprehensive physical exams and develop care plans Facilitate referrals and communicate with healthcare providers Travel to affiliated facilities, including hospitals Build rapport with patients and work in a fast-paced environment Provide health education, screenings, and preventive care Order diagnostic tests, interpret findings, and develop differential diagnoses Manage chronic conditions and support end-of-life care Participate in quality assurance, research, and education activities Maintain documentation and promote a respectful, professional environment Qualifications: Master’s degree in nursing, active GA license, experience in healthcare, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to travel, and willingness to work every 3rd weekend.
Compensation & Benefits: $100,000-$110,000/year, flexible schedule, life insurance, paid time off.
This full-time role requires in-person work and a criminal background check.
