Job Description

We are a well-established private orthopedics and musculoskeletal care practice in Redding, CA, seeking orthopedic surgeons to join our collaborative team.

Our multidisciplinary group offers orthopedics, sports medicine, podiatry, pain management, chiropractic, and physical therapy, supporting surgeons in developing their practices and referring nonoperative cases to specialists.

The position includes a first-year salary guarantee of $300,000–$400,000, with opportunities for ancillary income, real estate, ASC investments, and hospital call to enhance earnings. Partnership is available after 1 year, with income based on productivity.

Openings for general orthopedics and subspecialties like hand surgery, sports medicine, and joint replacement. Candidates must be board-certified or eligible, licensed in CA, and comfortable working in a private practice environment.
