Provide pediatric anesthesia at a top-tier children’s hospital with a diverse case mix, including surgery, neurosurgery, plastics, orthopedics, and more. Enjoy a flexible schedule with minimal call (avg. 1 day/week, 1 weekend/month), less than 5% call rate, and overnight shifts with days off. Competitive compensation with a $100,000 sign-on bonus, biannual bonuses, and potential partnership path with equity stake after 3 years.
