Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist for weekend coverage (1:4) in a hospital-based setting. The role involves performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, evaluating acute cardiac patients, and collaborating with hospital staff to ensure seamless care.

  • Provide weekend call and procedural coverage (typically Friday–Sunday evening).
  • Perform interventional procedures and manage inpatient cardiac cases.
  • Maintain accurate documentation per standards.

    • Qualifications include board certification or eligibility in Interventional Cardiology, an active Texas medical license, and hospital privileges or credentialing eligibility. Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience, excellent clinical and procedural skills, and be comfortable working independently.

    Compensation ranges from $1,000–$1,500 per day, with a flexible weekend schedule. The position requires in-person work in New Braunfels, TX, with relocation before starting and a willingness to travel up to 25%.
