Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to provide comprehensive outpatient care for children and young adults in a trusted community practice.

Responsibilities include well-child exams, acute and chronic care, collaborating with staff, maintaining accurate EMR documentation, and participating in quality initiatives. Flexibility in schedule, working 3-5 shifts weekly, with one weekend rotation every four weeks, and commuting between two locations in Long Island.

Qualifications involve MD/DO degree, board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics, active NYS license, and DEA registration. Prior outpatient experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a commitment to family-centered care.

Schedule options include long days, with benefits such as competitive salary ($210K–$220K), health/dental insurance, paid time off, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and a retirement plan.

Applicants should be able to reliably commute to Bellmore, NY, and work one weekend per month.
