Perform all physician duties within state licensure, focusing on preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services.Develop individualized care plans, evaluate patient progress, and coordinate with healthcare team members.Maintain accurate electronic health records, ensure confidentiality, and adhere to legal and regulatory standards.Participate in policy development, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives.Supervise mid-level providers, delegate tasks appropriately, and communicate effectively with staff and patients.Possess relevant certifications, licensure, and bilingual skills (preferred).
