Radiation Oncologist

Job Description

Seeking a board-certified/eligible Radiation Oncologist to join a multidisciplinary team at a cancer center in northeastern Wyoming.

Responsibilities include:

• Consulting and explaining treatment options to patients
• Prescribing and administering radiation therapy
• Monitoring and adjusting treatments as needed
• Collaborating with medical physicists, dosimetrists, and healthcare team members
• Ensuring safety and staying current with advancements in Radiation Oncology
• Maintaining accurate patient records and promoting best practices

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree, residency in Radiation Oncology
• Board certification or eligibility, Wyoming medical license
• Unrestricted DEA, Controlled Substance Registration, BLS certification
• Strong patient care skills and knowledge of internal medicine principles
