Seeking experienced physicians (Internists, Physiatrists, Hospitalists, Geriatricians) for full-time and part-time in-person roles in Eugene, OR.

Position involves providing post-hospitalization and geriatric care in skilled nursing facilities across Oregon and Washington.

Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $265,000 annually plus performance bonuses, with flexible schedules (3-5 days/week, per diem, contractor options).
