Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services, collaborating with RHC providers to deliver essential services.
Requires a Degree in Clinical Social Work and a current LCSW license in Texas. Preferred experience includes clinical assessment, discharge planning, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention. Must understand state and federal regulations, clinical group therapy, documentation, and possess strong communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills. Responsibilities include providing individual therapy, developing treatment plans, ensuring compliance, documenting progress, and communicating with families and teams.
