Job Description

We are seeking energetic and motivated pediatric speech therapists to join a growing private practice in Paramus, NJ.

Provide evaluation and treatment for toddlers, children, and adolescents with communication disorders.

Develop personalized treatment plans with clear goals and strategies.

Complete documentation, progress reports, and re-assessments as needed.

Collaborate with parents, teachers, physicians, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Educate clients and caregivers, offering home programs when appropriate.

Build positive relationships with families and team members.

This part or full-time role requires pediatric experience and availability on weekday evenings, offering $68-$78/hour with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), continuing education, paid time off, and professional development. The position involves in-person work for approximately 20 hours weekly.
