Job Description

We are hiring a Speech Therapist for a Brooklyn-based Certified Home Care Agency offering a full-time salary of $120K and industry-leading pay rates of $100 per visit.


  • Provide assessments and treatments for speech and language disorders, ensuring high-quality, compliant home care services.
  • Report to the Director of Rehab and follow all Department of Health regulations.
  • Qualifications include NYS licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, a valid driver’s license, and vehicle (except Manhattan area).
  • Preferably with one year of home care experience; bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in English, with strong communication and computer skills.
  • Responsibilities include patient care, documentation, problem-solving, and ensuring service satisfaction.
