This full-time Therapist II – Functional Family position offers a $4,000 hiring bonus paid in installments at 6 months and 1 year.

Responsibilities include completing FFT-CW training, engaging families, assessing needs, promoting strengths-based interventions, referring to community resources, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy with 2 years of human services experience (preferred), or a related field with relevant experience. Licenses, clearances, a valid driver’s license, and a safe vehicle are required. Strong clinical, decision-making, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork skills are essential.
